I've worked with incubating pre seed startups to scale-ups and agencies. I've run design at a team and company level, worked on numerous 0-1 projects, launched products into international markets, and implemented rebrands. I specialise in behaviour design and products that prioritise time well spent over aimless scrolling.

MyTutor tutor app is an example of this philosophy. Previously tutors seeking work were urgently refreshing their desktop opportunity screens in the hope quickly nabbing a work opportunity. Now tutors that want work and most importantly are available to take it, are notified on the go and at speed.

For the majority of my time at Second Nature I led their design output. It was a privilege to drastically improve member’s lives; providing them with the tools to make lifestyle changes, avoid preventable lifestyle diseases and ease the symptoms of life stages such as menopause.

In my spare time, I teach and mentor a diverse range of people. From school age children learning empathy and design thinking, to advising entrepreneurs on their MVPs.

It is through all this work that I’ve witnessed how much of an opportunity we as designers have to create change, consider the ethics of our work and have a positive impact on the world.
